Role: Art director, designer
Turner’s offices all have these TVs that show ads promote various corporate initiatives and remind employees to do things like sign up for flu shots. People mostly ignored them because, despite being “on brand” and competently executed, they were totally unmemorable from a visual perspective. So my goal with these was to deliver designs that WM’s 35,000 employees couldn’t just ignore.
Using a variety of styles ranging from illustration to purely typographic, I packaged the corporate-speak and questionable puns inside engaging visuals that got people’s attention. About half of these outlived their intended lifespan, an added bonus for a medium where most deliverables are transactional and quick-turn.
